december sermon series

sunday mornings @ 10 am

The Gift of Hope recorded in song.

One of the things we love most about Christmas is the music. Whether it's standing in line at Target or listening to radio on the way home from work, the music we hear reminds us that there is something unique about this time of year.

When the Bible tells the Christmas story, it tells it through song. Every scene is filled with music and wonder. Each song helps us discover something different, something important about the coming of this child.

chest of joash christmas offering

december 18 - JANUARY 1

Giving the Gift of Hope through the Chest of Joash  to accomplish ministry goals, reach our community, and support worldwide missions.

This year's goal is $25,000 and the funds received will go toward:

  1. Missions - providing opportunities for children in Panama to attend summer camp & support the Soroti Orphanage in Uganda.
  2. Children's Ministry Evangelism - reaching more of the children our community through VBS.
  3. Community Gym Nights - our gym renovation project is underway and we want to invite teens and young adults in our community to Discover Central through basketball and volleyball nights.
  4. Mother's Room - moms need a quiet place to feed their infants and our Mother's Room needs some attention to provide that quiet, private space.
  5. Easter Marketing - Easter is a great opportunity to reach our community with the gospel and we want to get the invitation to our services out early and often.
