Tidal Wave Teens Youth Ministry is specifically designed for students in 7th-12th grade. Our passion is to help students come to know Jesus personally, grow in Jesus purposefully, and to show Jesus passionately to others around them. We believe that God wants to use their generation to make in impact for Him and we want to see them do just that!

When students arrive, they can come in the main doors of our Youth Center located behind the main church building. Students will be checked in by a friendly volunteer and then they are free to mingle and hang with other students and leaders. They can play some foosball, ping pong, billiards, carpet ball, or just relax on the couches and have a laugh. A lot of our students come early at 6:30 just to hang out!

After some hang out time, students gather together for an ice breaker game followed by a time of worship led by our student worship team. Worship is something simple we do to encourage students to sing songs to God from the heart. Following worship time, our Student Pastor, Donnie Dehnke, challenges students with a short message.

We also implement small group time which are split up by gender and grade. Our small groups are designed for your student to connect with an adult same-gender leader who will love on your student and encourage and challenge them in their walk with Jesus. We believe there is great value in small groups as they provide a time for relationship building, accountability, and most importantly, a great setting to dive into God's Word and see how He desires to be the biggest part of your student's life - not just now but for all eternity.

All students in grades 7-12 are invited and encouraged to attend Sunday morning Bible study as well. Like mentioned above, when students arrive, they should enter through the main doors of the Youth Center, which is located behind the main church building. This is a great place to go deeper in God's Word and connect with other students and leaders. At 9:45, we all head over to the worship service together where many of the students sit together in the first few rows in the middle right section of the Worship Center.
